Picture Perfect Planning LLC.  was created by Mileyka Burgos and it is headquartered in Miami, Florida,  Mileyka’s vast experience in organizing televised productions, concerts, destination events, conferences,  receptions, incentive travel, and special events have  awarded her the attention to details and logistical know how to awe your guests and create Picture Perfect memories.

Our name represents what we deliver. Our company thrives on providing extraordinary service and memorable experiences to our clients and working strategically to connect people and businesses with what they need. This is carried over in everything we do including our vendor relationships. Because we want our clients to have the best we only refer the best.

Mileyka Burgos – Event Management Consultant

Mileyka Burgos is the owner and director of Picture Perfect Planning, LLC.

She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Miami and a Masters in Performing Arts Management from Florida International University.

Upon graduating from college Mileyka worked for programs and productions at NBC/Telemundo such as: Billboard, Miss Universe, People en Español, Calle 8 and Unidos con el Mundo: Por las victimas del Tsunami.

She orchestrated concerts for Florida International University and later moved on to work on many marketing, advertising and public relations campaigns for non-profit organizations, as well as corporate clients.

Currently, she is an instructor at the University of Phoenix, where she imparts communication classes. She is an active member of various nonprofit organizations including: LULAC, Dominican American National Foundation, Educate Tomorrow, Casimiro Foundation, as well as the Miami Dade and Broward Public School Systems and the United Dominicans Association at the University of Miami, which she founded in 1999. Through these organizations she mentors students, organizes toy & food drives, provides scholarships and inspires others to reach their optimum potential. Her passion is helping people and business organizations be successful by establishing synergistic relationships and organizing extraordinary events.

Mileyka lives in Miami, Florida with her Fiancée Nathaniel Cox and her dog Nala.
